Job description

As a Fund Controller within this firm, you are part of an international team of Controllers. Together, you are responsible for the finance & reporting of the funds and mandates. The administrative tasks are carried out by external service providers, but you will be responsible for the control and overview of the components within your portfolio. You will communicate with all stakeholders, report and steer where necessary. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the fund administration in different countries, manage service providers, and analyze reports;
• Responsible for the budget cycle and monitoring budget versus actuals;
• Assist with financial audits;
• Act as the first point of contact for external parties;
• Prepare reports, both qualitative and quantitative, for investors, banks, and service providers;
• Create KPI reports and performance analyses;
• Manage and analyze data from Asset Management;
• Contribute to optimizations, improvements in financial processes and AO/IC;
• Report directly to the CFO Finance & Risk.

Who are you?

For this position, we are looking for a professional with a drive to grow and contribute to the development within the team. A person who takes responsibility and feels comfortable in a dynamic young team.

• University level of education and thinking in finance and economics;
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
• Good command of the English language both verbally and in writing;
• A thorough knowledge of accounting principles, such as GAAP’s and IFRS;
• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders (accountants, property managers, joint-venture partners, and service providers);
